• Usage Data: Pages visited, browser type, IP address, and interaction data collected through cookies and Facebook Pixel for analytics and advertising purposes.
• Communication Preferences: Whether you opt in to receive WhatsApp or email updates about campaigns and animals you support.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your donation and issue 80G tax benefit certificates where applicable.
• To send you donation receipts, transaction confirmations, and payment-related communications.
• To provide updates on the campaigns and animals you have chosen to support.
• To send periodic newsletters, rescue stories, and impact reports — only if you have opted in.
• To improve our platform, personalise your experience, and understand how our website is used.
• To run targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram using anonymised or aggregated data.

3. Payment Processing — Razorpay

All payments on Paw Sathi are securely processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you donate, you are subject to Razorpay’s own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or UPI credentials.

For monthly sponsorships, Razorpay creates a recurring mandate on your behalf. You may cancel this at any time by contacting us or through your bank.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use the following tracking technologies on our website:

• Facebook Pixel: We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, track conversions (donations), and serve relevant ads to people who have visited our website. This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their own data policy.

• Analytics: We may use anonymised analytics to understand page views and user journeys.
